Eco-Libris

Do you love to read and think about each tree that is cut down when you buy a new book? Here is a great way to even it out! Plant a tree for every book you read. Eco-Libris will plant a tree for each book you read.

For $1 you can plant a tree and then you get a sticker to put in your book.  What a great gift to give a book lover for under $10!

The Eco-Libris sticker, which is made from recycled paper, is designed for you to put on the cover of the books you balance out, to show your commitment to sustainability and responsible use of natural resources.”

To EVEN IT OUT when you boy a book… plant a tree with Eco-Libris.

Cell Phone Recycling

8 05 2008

I like to think that I am a high-tech-girl on a low-tech-budget. With that being said, I like to upgrade my cell phone about once a year. I get excited when I buy a new technology!!! Clearly this isn’t the best thing for the environment.
